Director of Technology and Compliance Officer
Joey Loop is working to integrate the State of Oregon's Franwell Metrc Cannabis Tracking System (CTS) with One Gro's state-of-the-art Radio-frequency Identification (RFID) technology. Our RFID-enabled plant-tracking system works to monitor troubled plants and raise an alarm in the event of theft. Joey also assists One Gro's Marketing team with drone photography, and enhances our farm security systems through the use of drone-based infrared nighttime surveillance (to the extent permitted by federal FAA rules).
Jessica Hengler runs the NakD Bean espresso shop, which is attached to One Gro headquarters in Creswell, Ore. In addition to being our barista, Jessica is also our "go-fer," our supply-purchaser and administrative assistant, and our as-needed tractor-driver and farm laborer.
With his Oregon State University undergraduate degree in Sustainable and Organic Farming, followed by a Master's degree in Crop and Soil Science, Kale comes to One Gro after 15 years of work in various facets of agricultural research. Kale is bringing his spirit of discovery to all aspects of One Gro's farming operation.
